Pummeled Billy Joel Fan Sues Madison Square Garden

When Billy Joel concert that Captain Jack had too beat up a fellow fan at Madison Square Garden last month, and now the Long Island man is suing the place wounded in the fight.


Ari Ganeles, Roslyn Heights, says in his new Manhattan civil trial that was enjoying the show Piano Man with his wife, when a drunken crowd in front of them poured beer on fellow members of the audience.

Ganeles states that not only made a bailiff refuse to throw people off section nosebleed, but continued to order drinks.

That's when Ganeles said was taken out of his seat and beat him "mercilessly" by the group.

He suffered a broken right arm, right torn, broken nose and ribs and other injuries rotator cuff.

His lawyer, David Jaroslawicz said police were called on the night of August 7 his client was sanctioned with a ticket for disorderly conduct after he was fired, Jaroslawicz said.

Ganeles is suing because MSG has refused to provide the identity of the alleged assailants if you do not first promise to acquit host any legal responsibility for the incident, the presentation states.

An August 28 letter from the lawyer to Jaroslawicz Garden Hal Weidenfeld says the place is clinging to reports video surveillance and incident despite having a policy not to provide evidence to third parties.

Madison Square Garden, said in a statement: "We do not invite anyone in the garden that behaves inappropriately and violently in any way, and not be welcomed are investigating the details of this incident.".
